I have Zhu Zhu pets and accessories, but I am trying to wait until parents get desperate; you know when the children NEED them.
Will they ever hit $40 each, should I just sell them on Ebay now for $20 or return them.
I know last year I was hoping Elmo TMX was going to be a hit, it flopped but it looks like Zhu Zhu might hold on.....

I just sold 4 on Ebay for $68 which is huge profit considering and I am buying and selling more as we speak. I see the market as a ridiculous joke, I can buy them at $8 now and sell them in 5 days for $36 each as it stands.
The best way to know if you will really make a fortune on them by Xmas is to hang onto them for another month. If by the beginning of Dec. you still have them and the bidding war is still raging put them up on Ebay. Just hope they sell, because right now they are slacking in the market because of public outcry over the costs.
The marketing strategy I found that works best is find the absolute lowest price you can live with. and the absolute highest price you can live with yourself charging, either tack on $15 to the low end or subtract $20 from the high end. Most likely somebody will buy it.
I just sold mine at twice what I paid for them that is how I did the math. Of course I have no moral conscience so it makes it a little easier selling things at 4 times the value.
