Question by Julie Mae: Where can i find a zhu zhu pet that my daughter is dying to have one?
My daughter is crazy about her friend's zhu zhu pet and really wants one for christmas. The problem is I can't find any in stock locally and the only ones on the internet have been marked up 5 or 6 times the retail price! (I can't believe that!) Anyway, it is really important to my daughter, but I can't afford to pay the kind of money these guys are asking.....any suggestions on how I can get my hands on one at a reasonable price?

I would suggest asking Toys R Us or other places when they'll get their Zhu Zhus, and wait that day for them to come in. When my parents got me a Wii, they bribed one of the employees to hold one and call them when they came in, so maybe one of them will be willing to do that for you!
At Toys R Us, they are about $ 10, as my mother got one for her niece.

zhu zhu pets are currently only avabile in Arizona. they are 90-100 dollars in stores. its cheaper to just by a real hamster
I got one at Toys are Us, they have all of them there and beds and obstacle courses. They hamster (Zhu Zhu) Were 12.99 the beds were 9.98 and the least expensive obstacle course was 10 dollars and the most expensive was 49.99 which is very expensive though it came with a lot of stuff. They are very cute.
You can try the usual suspects and fight with the managers, jump through all the hoops and finally get one. Or… You can use a methid that has been perfected over last holiday season…and is actually the way that these eBay resellers DO get a hold of Zhu Zhu pets before they are available to the public…
