With your new Zhu Zhu hamster, you get a variety of toys to make play even more fun. There?s even a surfboard for them to play with. For troubleshooting, you need to know a few pointers and guidelines because they may act randomly and unpredictably. Should they get stuck as they enter the Sleep Dome, you need to make sure that you first check all the snaps and connector junctions. Of course, they run best on smooth, hard, and even surfaces. Take note that the hamster is unable to read the codes written on the tunnel as long as they are on the board. The toy itself works best when placed outside the track and fun house or on any open surface. If for some reason they do not work or move, all you need to do is make sure that the wheels attached to the board are still lined up well with the openings found near the back of the surfboard.

Aside from the surfboard, you cute little furry pet will have its own skateboard or U-Turn. Just as with any other environment available for them, you will also be surprised at the tricks they have up on their sleeve next. If they somehow get stuck moving in the U-turn, you will always have to check on all the usual snaps and connector junctions. It also works best when done outside. For easter my mom got me a zhu zhu pet. Its probably one of the coolest things ive seen except one problem: IT DOESNT MOVE! I can hear the wheels trying to make the hamster move, but its failing. Ive tried everything, on a table with a blanket, on smooth counter marble. On a couch, on a floor. IT FAILS. So does anyone know how to make this thing work because it wont move D':

Do you need a new battery? Maybe it's because you're supposed to take a little tag off. Or maybe you just have to press a button. Look on the bottom for the tag. I hope that helped!

When you get your new Zhu Zhu pet hamster, you would want everything for it. So, you get your pet an environment where they can move around safely and optimally. Just make sure that for the hamster wheel to work smoothly, you have to check if the arrow is set correctly in the direction tunnels found in the car garage. The tunnel connectors and wheel support should snap firmly in place so that you get a solid foundation. When disassembling, never tear off the snaps.

Should the hamster get stuck in the middle of its movement, check whether or not all the snaps and connector junctions have been reassembled correctly.
